Happy Friday! Well, this is a big football weekend for us and my sister is in town for the game (she lives in Florida), so I'm pretty happy! Hope you all have exciting weekends planned, too :) I'm guest posting for Sahi over at Barely Vogue so please check it out!

Leaves
As I mentioned on Twitter, I have a complete obsession with fall scents and this candle is definitely one of them. A couple of weeks ago I picked up 3 candles at Bath & Body Works - Leaves, Pumpkin Patch and Vanilla Caramel. I love all my Yankee scents, but these are giving them a run for their money. My house smells amazing!

Ok, you need to go watch this on YouTube and look at the description the guy put up. Amazing. Such a beautiful song, too, of course - love this cover of it.
Modern Family
I watched a couple of episodes of this last season at the end of the year and now I'm DVRing all the new ones. This show is HILARIOUS! If you're not watching it you need to be, end of story.
Butter London
Didn't I say I didn't need another expensive makeup product to be addicted to? So much for that. I kept reading about "All Hail McQueen" (the blogs! I always blame the blogs...) so I went in search of it. Clearly I can't order one of anything so "Muggins" jumped into my online shopping cart as well. Weird how that happens. Well, they're gorgeous. The hype for "All Hail McQueen" was well deserved. I want more of these. So freaking expensive though. Somehow I'll manage, I'm sure.

I completely agree with you about Slatkin candles. Their scents are amazing! And so much more affordable than Yankee Candles.

I love Modern Family! I watched most of the episodes from last season and was hooked! I still have to watch this season though, haven't got around to it yet.
I've also contemplated buying some Butter London nail polish - the colours are amazing!

Totally weird but have u ever tried walmarts mainstay candles? I assumed they would suck but they dont at all.. they burn even, last forever and give off so much aroma its amazing... all i buy now! haha

well you have just reminded me I need to buy some candles for the fall and YES love Modern Family. I didn't watch the entire last season but I am watching now and so hooked. And might need to check out that nail polish since you know I am going to buy some and start bringing my own nail polish into the salon for my mani's/pedi's. Also I am currently obsessed with hard candy-specifically werthers. I need to stop b/c they are so addictive. naina

I'll have to try the B&B Leaves candle, I used to love the Yankee scent that was similar, I think Autumn Leaves or something like that. One of the things I love about fall is that I can get out all the scented candles again, in summer it is just too hot to scent the heavy air. I wonder if they still have the Spiced Pumpkin scent, that was my all time favorite.
And Butter nail polish? I'm totally obsessed!

I love Modern Family, it's so funny! Those nail polishes look awesome, I've never tried Butter London but I might just have to now!
Candles in the winter/fall are wonderful. The windows are shut and it really helps give a fresh sent to the living areas. I love a good pumpkin candle so sweet and just makes you feel all warm inside! Hope you enjoyed your football weekend!
