Glitter Eyeliner

It's almost the holidays and one trend I'm excited to try out is glitter eyeliner. 

Huh?

Yeah, I know. I'm not a teenager. But trust me, anyone can do this, it's fun, and it's not as outlandish as it sounds. First, the 2 brands I've tried out:

Urban Decay Heavy Metal Glitter Liner

I like the Urban Decay one a little better, but obviously you can't beat the price of the NYX. Now, how on earth do you wear it? There's a couple of ways, actually. After you apply mascara you can apply a little bit of glitter liner to your eyelash tips (it'll stick to the wet mascara) - a tip I mentioned in a What I'm Loving... in the past. Or you can take a little glitter liner and run it across either your top or bottom lash line. Using such a small amount is fun but really won't stand out that much. Plus if you pick silver or gold - even more perfect for this time of year!
