What I'm Loving...

Happy Friday! I know I must be getting older because I think things like time is flying by, and Christmas is just around the corner... yeah, I'm apparently ancient, this is stuff my grandparent's said. Anyway.
Here's what I'm loving:

Carrie's Peppermint Bark
I've been seeing commercials on TV for peppermint bark which was making me want to run to the store and grab some, then Carrie at This Free Bird showed how to make her homemade peppermint bark over on her blog (pictured above). Umm - yes. That looks about a million times better and it seems easy to make. This is on my list to try for holiday baking!

Philosophy Under The Mistletoe Lip Shine Set
I got this from Sephora a few weeks ago and have been using them constantly.  For $20 you get 4 lip glosses, and the packaging is super cute, so a good idea for a gift, too!

Christmas Cokes
Ok, I love Coke year round, but somehow I like them more in the Christmas cans. I have no explanation. I just do.

Winter Weather
Remember how I said it was 77 on Thanksgiving? I have no idea where that went but now its cold. It doesn't look like that picture of course, but it's still cold and winter-y feeling. I have to admit, I love it this time of year. It just feels right!

Ok, so that's What I'm Loving right now! What about you?

Thanks so much for mentioning the peppermint bark Katie!! Girl it is pretty easy to make and I've had a bunch of emails and even a phone call from people who made it this week - yahoo! I, on the other hand, have eaten almost the entire cookie sheet on my own. Uh-oh!

I think I need to try that Philosophy set. I'm a gloss girl and that's a great deal.

Right now I am loving a day of nothing tomorrow (fingers crossed no one calls to harass me from my nothingness) and, uh, I may have purchased faux fur mink coat ornaments for my tree that could be hilarious and cute if they look even half as good as they did online. Holla! It's weekend time!!

Adoring your list today. It's currently snowing here right now. The flakes are massive. I only really enjoy snow around the holidays... I really dislike driving in it. I need to get to some holiday baking... enjoy your weekend!
