I recently joined the Fashion Beauty Friend Friday group created by Katy over at Modly Chic.

Every week Katy puts together a set of questions and on Friday if you want to participate, you answer them on your blog and link back up at Modly Chic.

This week is the nominations for the FBFF Blog Awards. I'll let you know about the voting for the finalists after they've been selected. Ok, so here are the categories, with who I picked and why:

Creative Juices - most creative

Anyone who is the mastermind behind 30 for 30, has done it multiple times, and has convinced hundreds of other bloggers to do it as well gets my vote for most creative. Actually all those reasons probably put Kendi in several categories easily, but I think 30 for 30 is pretty freaking creative.
The Real Deal - authenticity

This Free Bird

Read Carrie's blog just once and you'll feel like you know her. Read it continuously and you'll feel like she's your real-life friend. To really get a sense that you're getting to know someone just from their blog is pretty rare, but Carrie is able to do that. Oh, and she's hilarious.

Ever wondered how to Build A Better Blog? Vahni figured it out and has it compiled over at Grit and Glamour for you. Vahni has written post after post chock full of links, tips, and advice, and you definitely need to check them out if you haven't.
Newbie - best blogger less than a year old

It's hard to believe Collette has been blogging for less than a year given the splash she's already made. She has Twitter Tuesday on her blog, she's founded The Fashion 411, and I can't wait to see what she's got up her sleeve next.
Can You Hear Me Now - most connected

One of the most amazing things the BonBon Rose Girls have done is create the Rosebud Network. So many bloggers have become Rosebuds and gotten to know other bloggers through the network - they've done incredible work!

Amanda has lots of DIYs on her blog, and also has A.Co Designs, a whole shop of her creations! Everything she makes and designs is gorgeous!

Katy is the founder of Friend Friday. In a relatively short amount of time, a large number of bloggers have joined and participate weekly. It's a fantastic network of bloggers and Katy has done an amazing job with the group.

Tiffany has impeccable style and every single picture on her blog is gorgeous since she and her husband have a photography business. I always look forward to her posts and she's recently started a YouTube channel so you can check out her vlogs, too!
Paint by Numbers - best beauty blogger

Temptalia

With her blog and her YouTube channel, Temptalia is one-stop shopping for anything beauty related. With reviews, tutorials, and an in-depth look at thousands of products, it's pretty much a must read if you love makeup.
Renaissance Woman - best all around blogger, fashion, beauty,

...love Maegan

There's a small handful of blogs I read before I ever started my own blog that inspired me to start mine and Maegan's is one of them. She has outfit posts, Maeg-It-Yourself, Hair-To's, and plenty more. Her blog is always a great read!
