I certainly haven't been shopping for any new shoes...

I'm listening to "Extraordinary Machine", and the lyrics are fitting, so that's where the post title is from:

I certainly haven't been shopping for any new shoes
And I certainly haven't been spreading myself around
I still only travel by foot and by foot, it's a slow climb,
But I'm good at being uncomfortable, so

Days 1 & 2 of the 30 for 30 are in the books. Here's how it's going:

Shirt - Banana Republic, Jeans - Old Navy, Cardigan - Express, Boots - BCBG Max Azria, Watch - Michael Kors, Ring - House of Harlow, Necklace - Limited, Earrings - Gifted

Since there were a lot of comments about August being in my 30 for 30 - What I'm (Going To Be) Wearing... post, he'll be making an appearance in most of my 30x30 posts. You're welcome. (And maybe before it's over he'll be on my head like Carrie wants. We'll see, we'll see.)

Day 2 and I'm already down to 2 pics. (And August is getting closer to my head...) That's probably not a good sign. Hmm, let's hope for the best. Editing these took an obscenely long time because I didn't know how to add text in iPhoto but do you SEE THAT TINY TEXT noting which outfit I'm on? Yeah. Boo-ya. Take that, iPhoto. The J. Crew shirt is one of the (many) pieces I picked that I've never worn. I have no clue what else to do with it except get crazy and wear the OTHER pair of jeans I picked. This might go down as a 30x30 fail. Maybe next time I won't do a mad dash yanking 30 pieces of clothes out of the closet hours before the challenge starts. But then how am I gonna have any fun? Gah.

If there was a better way to go then it would find me
