What I'm Wearing...

Dress - American Eagle, Cardigan - Old Navy, Shoes - Carlos Santana, Earrings - Limited, Ring - BCBG  Max Azria, Sunglasses - Chanel

This is what I wore Sunday morning to church on Easter. It lead to the following conversation between me and Jared:

"You're wearing a snake ring to church?"
"Yeah. There were snakes in the Bible."
"I'm pretty sure they didn't have a positive connotation."
"Maybe I'm trying to change that!"

It's not a pseudo political/religious statement. I just like the ring. But I don't like actual snakes. Um. So there you go.

I re-worked the outfit for the rest of the day when we got home:

Dress - American Eagle, Cardigan - Banana Republic, Leggings - Express, Shoes - Unity by Carlos Santana, Earrings - Limited, Ring - BCBG Max Azria

I could have worn it the first way all day. I just wanted to change :)

It looks like the lilies are dying. Apparently they just do this. Bloom, die and fall off, bloom some more. But then you have a pile of dead lily blooms, and why would you want to look at that? I think I need to work on this gardening stuff some more. I'm not getting it.

I am all over this dress...I think I like it even better w/the leggings which is surprising me. The shoes are KILLER!!

And ps-snakes were of course in the Bible and they were stomped down so wearing one on your finger shows human domination over their wicked ways. Or something. There's reasoning! haha!

If only I could be a fly on the wall in your home (or car)... Your "Jared conversations" seriously crack me up. Your a killer with comebacks! I'm not. I think of them way too 'after-the fact'... so it's definitely an admirable trait that you should be proud of!

I love that dress--it looks so comfy and very versatile! And the same thing is going on with the tulips in our yard--they look horrible right now!

Whoo Whoo! You are ready for spring! I also love your Inspiration Board! We actually do this at my school, but we call them "vision boards". Mine of course has Paris on it!
