Whole 30

A couple of blog friends have done Whole 30 and I've been interested in it for several months now. During October I'm going to try it (send help). I'm excited to see the difference it makes in both my health and my body but slightly terrified since I know how addicted I am to sugar and carbs. But, it's only 30 days, right?

Those that have done Whole 30, what are your tips?

well I haven't but I might try to do my version of this and abstain from sugar during the weekdays... hmmmm. I always feel better when I do!

I'm clearly not very hip because I had no idea what this was. It sounds like an adventure -- can't wait to read about it!

Can't wait to see how you do... I've never tried it, but I, too, am a carboholic ;)

You are very brave. I would DIE if I did that...all I eat is carbs and sugar (and chicken...)
Good luck!! :D

Good luck! Plan, plan, plan! Even with planning, I stopped at the grocery store almost daily. Bring plenty of snacks if you're going to work in an office. There are so many great resources/recipes out there. Do it to the best of your ability, but don't beat yourself if you have some slip-ups.

Thank you for your visit and comment, my lovely Katie.
I wish you good luck with the whole 30.
I just stick to a healthy diet; although I could do with loosing 7 kilo, lol
Have a grand weekend and don´t be a extrange for so long.
